Description

The 100mM aqueous solutions of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP, dUTP are supplied in separate vials or as a pre-mixed solution with a final concentration of 100mM. The nucleotides solutions are titrated to pH 8.5, in sodium salts. The nucleotides are of extremely high purity and are validated for molecular biology assays.
